Acquisition of four emergency medical units for Central Uusimaa Rescue Department.

The Acquisition of the City of Vantaa requests bids for four (4) primary care units for the Central Uusimaa rescue facility in the city of Vantaa.

Images of emergency medical units are found in Annexes 1 to 5. The tenderer shall not use the templates of this RFQ in its own bid. The technical requirements for the vehicles are set out in Annexes 6 to 8. The requirement is that the tenderer must bid in such a way that the tenderer presents the replies to Annexes 6 to 8 in its bid, in the order that they are set out in the Annexes.

Maintenance and spare parts services and technical support provider shall indicate in Annexes 12 (chassis) and 13 (bodywork).

The acquisition is carried out with one (1) total responsible supplier responsible for the delivery of the chassis and the basketwork.

The subscriber reserves the right to decide on the purchase of options equipment after the submission of offers. There is no comparison of the price of the option equipment offered. Options can be acquired for all cars or only parts.

Construction and intermediate inspections:

The subscriber performs intermediate checks on vehicles under construction during the work: all the different stages of work should be able to be inspected by the subscriber. The subscriber shall receive additional work-related explanations upon request if the subscriber deems it necessary. The progress of the bodywork will be agreed in writing with the supplier and the liaison officer of the Central Uusimaa rescue facility. Before starting superstructure work, the supplier, in cooperation with the subscriber, will develop a construction plan, which will separately agree on the placement and schedule of equipment. The construction plan must be approved by the subscriber before work begins. Vehicles should be made to be built at the same time to facilitate inspection.

For the vehicles under contract, the selected supplier shall be responsible for the travel costs of the subscriber (starting date, intermediate checks and final inspection), min. five (5) times four (4) people. If one way distance exceeds 300 km, trips are made by fly. Intermediate inspections are to be carried out when vehicles are in the same phase of construction.

The durability and ease of serviceability of structures, especially of equipment, should be paid special attention by the supplier.
