OPEN PROCEDURE FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE ENERGY PERFORMANCE CONTRACT FOR THE PUBLIC LIGHTING SYSTEM.

The task of custody is the management of the public lighting system, through an energy performance contract, as well as the implementation of the following activities:

• electricity supply service,

• plant management service and compliance with the objectives of maximum electricity consumption,

• routine maintenance service,

• extraordinary maintenance service, emergency service,

• realization of the initial interventions of energy upgrading and plant engineering

The aim of the contract is to reduce consumption and energy costs, favoring the use of technologies or devices that contain operating costs, while implementing the services for the community, and in general it involves the following activities:

• complete replacement of all the lighting fixtures not yet LED present on the municipal territory;

• insertion of remote control systems;

• realization of the redevelopment and regulatory adaptation of the plants and components of the plant;

• integrated management of the public lighting service with electricity supply, management and maintenance of the systems and availability service 24 hours a day, for 365 days a year, throughout the duration of the contract.
