The resource provider must cover the subject areas geology, geophysics, petrophysics, geomechanics, geochemistry, reservoir, production, subsea and tranport. The supplier must have tools and software considered standard for the listed subject areas and ensure that the personnel are familiar with relevant procedures and guidelines for the assignments.
Suppliers must substantiate experience from the petroleum industry for all requested subject areas. Experience from key assignments within CO2 storage will be preferred.
The scope is an estimated 6 full time employments per year. The scope may change over time as the company activity is developed. Adaptations will be agreed on a long term basis. It is expected that the provider also, at best ability, attempts to contribute in connection with unforeseen requirements beyond the stated extent. The contract period is 4,5 years.
4 man-labour years will be fixed engagement of dedicated people on full time employment which is subject to mutual commitment from the parties during the contract period.
These people will be allocated and appointed on a long-term basis and they must expect to carry out parts of their assignments in Gassnovas’ premises. There will be a mutual term of notice of 6 months for these people. The remaining extent is expected to be in the form of studies and assignments of various extent and duration.
The working languages are Norwegian and English. The resource provider must arrange for smooth interaction between own personnel. It is expected that the resource provider allocates a full-time coordinator in connection with the delivery. The coordinator is expected to participate in the Transport and Storage’s weekly project/management meetings.
The coordinator will have a formal reporting line to those of Transport and Storage’s employees who are responsible for the delivery. The professional contact shall be broad and not subject to limitations. The reporting function shall be carried out during project meeting with monthly reports and possibly dedicated progress meetings or similar.
Supplier is expected to actively contribute to team development, and pave the way for effective work in their own team.
If requirements for assistance are beyond the fixed binding resources, ordering shall be carried out by completing a separate form for Cost, Time and Resource (KTR form).
