The subject of the contract is the design and installation of new automatic crossing signalling devices along with accompanying works in the power and telecommunications industries at selected rail-road crossings.
Task No. 1: Replacement of SSP crossing systems at rail-road crossings: LK-137 at km 276.951; 280,400; LK- 275 at km 76,913; 80,071; 83,423; 96,940; 100,443; 101,200 as part of the project Improving safety at level crossings - stage IIThe subject of the contract is the design and installation of new devices for automatic crossing signaling along with accompanying works in the power industry

• As part of Task No. 1:

The entire subject of the contract includes the implementation of:
1) design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtaining for it all the required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary to implement the subject of the contract;
2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the design documentation prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Employer, referred to in the above-mentioned point 1, and all the preparatory works necessary to perform the scope of the contract and to perform all activities required by law;
(3) carrying out conformity assessment of the Control-Command and Signalling Trackside Subsystem within the scope of the contract on railway line No 289 at each stage (design, construction and final tests of the subsystem), if required.
The order includes the design and execution of the scope of works in the industry, telecommunications, roads and power engineering.
The scope of the order:
• preparation of project documentation to the extent necessary to carry out all works;
• preparation of all other projects necessary for the implementation of works
on crossings, and obtaining for them all arrangements, conditions and permits
(e.g. traffic organisation projects);
• obtaining all required opinions, agreements, decisions, conditions and permits;
• execution of construction works;
• conducting tests and tests required by the Ordering Party, preparation of documents related to the commissioning of new equipment together with
with elements of accompanying infrastructure;
• preparation of as-built documentation, including collaudate.
