Blackpool Council is seeking to put in place longer term arrangements with Providers of Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) schemes for benefits-eligible free school meal children, aged 4-16, who are in school, and other vulnerable children, aged 4-16.
Duration and Detail of Contract:
The initial tender opportunity was advertised to commence 1st September 2022 - 31st August 2023 with the option to extend and "Refresh" by 1 year + 1year.
This opportunity will be re-opened in line with the light touch tender regime to provide an opportunity for new providers to join the HAF framework. It is anticipated that the new opportunity will commence in July 2023 - August 31st, 2024 with the option to extend and "refresh" by 1 year.
