1. The subject of the order is the delivery of items, the list of which and approximate demand are presented in the "Price forms" attached to this specification (see Annex 2).

2. The items offered must comply with the description provided in the 'Price Forms'. If the offer presents articles that do not meet the requirements set out there, the offer for the whole part will be rejected because its content will conflict with the content of the specification of essential terms of the contract.

3. The Awarding Entity allows partial bids. The contractor may submit an offer covering any number of parts. For its validity, the offer must include all items listed in the "Price Form" for the selected part.
