1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of county roads No. 1408L (Dąbia – Zalesie) and 1409L (Dąbia – Ownia – Wylezin) in the Ryki poviat.
2. The task includes the reconstruction of two road routes in the Ryki poviat:
1) No. 1408L Dąbia – Zalesie from km 1+146 to km 4+017.8 with a length of 2.871 km
2) No. 1409L Dąbia – Ownia - Wylezin from km 0+000 to km 5+460, with a length of 5.46 km.
As part of the task, the following will be carried out: new bituminous surface, pavements, exits, drainage elements, technological channels and geometric correction of local road switches. Road widening is also planned: for road No. 1408L to 6.0 m, for road No. 1409L from 5.5 m to 6 m.
The detailed type of works and their full scope is specified in the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works and other documents constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.

3. The task shall include the execution of the following types of works:

As part of the task, it is planned to widen the roadway of the county road No. 1408L to a width of 6.00 m. On the horizontal curves, one-sided widening and slope of the roadway was used for a design speed of 40 km / h. The task includes: section I is located to the left of the intersection with the county road No. 1409L from km 0+003 to km 0+079.85 and section II is located to the right of the intersection with the county road No. 1409L from km 0+003 to km 2+ 824.45. On the left side of section I and on the left side of section II from the intersection with the county road No. 1409L to km 0+318.45, a pavement 2.00 m wide was designed, directly adjacent to the curb limiting the road. On the remaining sections of the road along the edge of the road, a roadside paved with a mixture of unbound aggregate 1.00 m wide was designed. It is planned to rebuild the existing exits and to build new exits with a surface in built-up areas made of concrete paving stones or a mixture of unbound aggregate, and outside the built-up area from a mixture of unbound aggregate. Local reconstruction of existing roadside ditches and construction of culverts under exits along roadside ditches were designed.
As part of the task, there will also be the removal of collisions of power cable and overhead lines nN and MV and the reconstruction of the Feromedia telecommunications network interfering with the reconstruction of the county road.

The task includes the reconstruction of the county road No. 1409L from km 0+000 to km 5+460 on the route Wylezin – Stara and Nowa Dąbia located within the boundaries of the Ryki Poviat. The construction will consist in the reconstruction of the existing asphalt surface. At the rebuilt street, sections of pedestrian route, bus bays and exits were designed, as well as the removal of energy collisions of the overhead nN 0.4kV line.
