The association of municipalities in Weißenthurm and the cities and municipalities belonging to it, as well as the associated in-house businesses, issue insurance benefits for the 212 properties they own in accordance with Appendix 2 to the LV inventory of properties to the following extent from 1.1.2021:
1. Fire building insurance,
2. Fire content insurance,
3. burglary theft insurance,
4. Sturm building insurance,
5. Sturm content insurance,
6. Tap water building insurance,
7. Tap water content insurance,
8. glass insurance,
9. Elementary damage insurance building - partly optional, for objects in ZÜRS zone 3 or 4,
10. Elementary damage insurance content, partly optional, see 9,
11. Fire business interruption insurance,
12. Insurance of additional dangers to fire business interruption insurance.
The clients reserve the right to extend the contracts by one year until December 31, 2024.
The Verbandsgemeinde Weißenthurm and the cities and local communities belonging to it, as well as the associated in-house businesses, award insurance benefits for the 212 properties they own in accordance with Appendix 2 to the LV inventory of properties to the following extent:

7. Tap water content insurance,

11. Fire business interruption insurance,
12. Insurance of additional dangers to fire business interruption insurance.
The advertised services are provided according to a uniform contractual basis for several clients, see list of clients, Appendix 1 to the course.
The start of insurance for all properties is January 1, 2021, the end of insurance is December 31, 2023. Contractual termination rights remain unaffected. The clients reserve the right to extend the contracts by one year until December 31, 2024.
Insurance is provided on the terms of the contractor. The minimum scope of insurance results from the list of services i. V. m. Appendix 3 to the LV - minimum standards. If the service offered falls short of the minimum standards specified in Appendix 3, the minimum standards take precedence. The published minimum standards then apply as agreed.
The tendering agency will be advised by the gvp Gesellschaft für Versicherungsprüfung mbH, 97082 Würzburg, which will also review the offers.
Response times must be ensured as follows:
- Claims settlement: Recording within 24 hours after notification,
- assessment of damage within three working days,
- General inquiries: five working days.
The main maturity date is billed in the form of a separate individual invoice for each owner, which shows the premiums for the individual properties.
The contractor nominates the client for all objects and damage cases a single point of contact, who should be with the leading company in the case of co-insurance groups.
