The purpose of the contract concerned is to finance the investments described below included in the 2021 budget and any budgetary changes, as well as the related services, which must be able to be provided throughout the duration of the contract.

The services include three categories. A category contains financing of the same duration and the same rate revision frequency.

- category 1: duration 20 years:

——— EUR 1,150,000.00 (CPAS de Soignies);

- category 2: duration fifteen years:

-- fixed rate;

—— amount: EUR 1,200,000.00 (City of Soignies);

-- fixed rate;

—— amount: 343,000 EUR (City of Soignies).
