ETNIC manages the IT and Telecommunication infrastructures and services of the French Community.
To meet the security requirements relating to the management and control of identities and access to all the resources managed by ETNIC, ETNIC has industrialized a complex platform for Identity and Access Management and Control (CERBERE Project).
As part of a public procurement process, the platform was developed on the basis of the NetIQ Identity & Access Management software suite (formerly Novell IDM) and the SuSE Linux Enterprise operating system.
This contract must therefore enable ETNIC to renew the maintenance of the licenses relating to the Identity & Access Management suite NetIQ and SuSE Linux Enterprise Server that are in its possession, as well as to optionally allow the acquisition of additional licenses (qualitative and quantitative extension of the functionality of the platform).
Given that the market is higher than 144,000€ excluding VAT and according to the new public procurement regulations where it is recommended as far as possible to allocate, this market consists of 2 lots:
- Lot 1: Provision of software license updates and support for the NetIQ Identity & Access Management suite as well as optional acquisition of additional licenses.
• Required Option 1: Acquisition of New Software Licenses, Support, and Software Updates for NetIQ's Identity & Access Management Software Suite
• Required Option 2: Expansion to 1,500,000 users for components of the NetIQ Identity & Access Management software suite.)
- Bundle 2: Provision of Software License Updates and Support for SuSE Linux Enterprise Server
