The subject of the contract is the supply of disposable medical equipment for the St. Łiukas Provincial SP ZOZ in Tarnów for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.

A detailed description of the order is included in Annex 1A to the SWZ. The order was divided into: 112 ranges. In addition, the Ordering Party requires lending for the duration of the contract:

- in corners no. 40 – 90 pcs. MTO2 oxygen dispensers with AGA type input suitable for disposable containers with water for oxygen humidification,

- in the range No. 66 –2 pcs. monitors compatible with positions 1 and 2

- in the range No. 74 - 10 pumps for enteral nutrition.

The Contractor shall be obliged to deliver the above to the Ordering Party together with the first delivery.
