The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of transport and management (collection and processing) of municipal waste:
a. unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste – waste code 20 03 01, in the amount of 2400 Mg/year, sent for recovery
disposal in accordance with applicable legislation – the R12 recovery process,
b. biodegradable waste, i.e. kitchen bio-waste – waste code 20 01 08 in the amount of 250 Mg/year, sent for recovery
in the R3 recovery process,
c. biodegradable waste, i.e. green waste - waste code 20 02 01 200Mg/year - sent for recovery in the R3 recovery process,
d. separately collected waste – waste code 15 01 01, 20 01 01, 15 01 02, 20 01 39, in the amount of 800 Mg/year, sent for recovery and recycling,
e.bulky waste – waste code 20 03 07, in the amount of 350 Mg/year, transferred for recovery and disposal – recovery process R12,
produced by the inhabitants of the Sułkowice commune,
The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of transport
and development (collection and processing) of municipal waste:
a. non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste – waste code
20 03 01, in the amount of 2400 Mg/year, sent for recovery
disposal in accordance with applicable legislation – the R12 recovery process,
b. biodegradable waste, i.e. kitchen bio-waste – waste code 20 01 08 in the amount of 250 Mg/year, sent for recovery
in the R3 recovery process,
c. biodegradable waste, i.e. green waste - waste code
20 02 01 200Mg/year - transferred for recovery in the R3 recovery process,
d. separately collected waste – waste code 15 01 01, 20 01 01, 15 01 02, 20 01 39, in the amount of 800 Mg/year, sent for recovery and recycling,
e. bulky waste – waste code 20 03 07, in the amount of 350 Mg/year, transferred for recovery and disposal – recovery process R12,
generated by the residents of the Sułkowice commune, provided by the municipal waste collector, for a period of 12 months, i.e. from 1.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.
2. Waste will be transported from the transshipment point, located in Sułkowice at 133 Tysiąclecia Street, to the place of its management, in accordance with the requirements specified in the provisions of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).
3. The quantities of waste to be managed were determined on the basis of reports submitted by entrepreneurs providing waste management services in the Sułkowice Municipality in the years 2020-2023:

The quantities given are not the basis for estimating the value of the order. Information
These are given in order to illustrate the existing situation and have been obtained from reports provided by entities providing municipal waste management services in the area of the Sułkowice Commune.
The amount of waste generated does not depend on the Ordering Party, the calculated amount is an estimate and may be changed according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantities of
to manage waste, depending on actual needs, without the Contractor's right to claim damages in this respect.
The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment contract persons performing the following activities during the performance of the contract: the driver of the waste collection truck and the operator loading the waste.
Supplementary contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7): The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract to the existing service provider, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services with a total value of up to 50% of the value of the basic contract. These contracts include: Management of collected municipal waste along with transport from owners of inhabited properties, summer houses and other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, from the area of the Sułkowice commune. The contract will be awarded after the procedure provided for a single-source contract, and will be preceded by an invitation to negotiation and negotiations. Site Visit: The Contracting Authority does not require a site visit.
