The subject of the contract is: "Collection of unsorted (mixed) waste, including residues from sorting municipal waste and bio-waste, as well as collection and management of other separately collected municipal waste from property owners where residents from the area of the municipalities of Miejsce Piastowe reside."

1) The Contractor is obliged to collect the entire mass of the indicated municipal waste generated in the commune of Miejsce Piastowe and coming from the owners of the property where the residents reside, collected in bags:

a) unsorted (mixed) waste, including residues from municipal waste sorting - in black bags;

b) collected in a selective manner bio-waste - in bags of brown color.

2) The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage the entire mass of the indicated municipal waste, generated in the commune of Miejsce Piastowe and coming from the owners of the property where the residents reside, collected in bags, collected in a selective manner:

a) paper - in blue sacks;

b) plastics, metals, multi-material packaging - in yellow bags;

c) glass - in green sacks;

d) ash - in gray sacks.

Collection of waste will take place from the places specified in § 16 para. 3 of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Miejsce Piastowe, which constitutes Annex 8 to the ToR, and within the deadlines specified in chapter 3.1, section 3.5 point 1 of the Terms of Reference.

3) The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage the indicated municipal waste:

a) waste electrical and electronic equipment;

b) waste batteries and accumulators;

c) expired medicines and chemicals;

d) furniture and other bulky waste;

e) worn tires;

f) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste;

g) plastics;

h) glass;

i) metal;

j) paper;

k) multi-material packaging;

l) hazardous waste;

m) waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,

from the Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the commune of Miejsce Piastowe in the town of Targowiska, on plot No. 1096/1, within the deadlines specified in chapter 3.1 para. 3.5 point 3 of the ToR.

4) The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage the indicated municipal waste:

a) waste electrical and electronic equipment;

b) batteries;

c) chemicals;

d) furniture and other bulky waste;

e) went collected in containers for selective collection belonging to the contracting authority;

f) paper, plastics, metal, multi-material packaging collected in containers for selective collection belonging to the contractor,

under the so-called mobile collection, within the periods specified in chapter 3.1 paragraph 3.5 point 2 of the Terms of Reference.

5) The Contractor is also obliged to collect and manage used batteries, which will be collected in schools and the Piastowe Commune Office designated by the contracting authority. Collection of waste will take place depending on the filling of containers after notification of the need for collection by the ordering party, as part of the so-called mobile collection, within the periods specified in chapter 3.1 paragraph 3.5 point 2 of the Terms of Reference.

6) The Contractor is obliged to collect and use expired medicines from health centers designated by the contracting authority, in which containers for collecting this type of waste will be placed. The containers will be placed in health centers located in the municipalities of Miejsce Piastowe commune. Collection of waste will take place depending on the filling of containers after notification of the need for collection by the ordering party, as part of the so-called mobile collection, within the periods specified in chapter 3.1 paragraph 3.5 point 2 of the Terms of Reference.
