New construction of an 8-group kindergarten in Neuwied Raiffeisenring - Architectural services (Lph 1-9)

On the property Raiffeisenring 1 an 8-group kindergarten with a multi-purpose room, which is available to the local clubs for evening use, is to be built.

On the municipal site of the former school Raiffeisenring and caretaker's house, a day care center with 8 groups is to be built. Of the total plot, about 3000sqm are parceled out and made available for the daycare center. According to the formulations in the demand plan, an open concept must be planned. The standard catalogue of the city of Neuwied describes the spatial programme. In addition to this space program, the multi-purpose room must be designed in such a way that the areas can be made available for local associations after the closure of the daycare center. This means that the adjoining rooms (changing rooms, sanitary areas, storage) can also be used for the club's needs after the closure of the daycare center.

The building concept should be of special design (both urban planning and architectural). In addition, the concept should do justice to economic and ecological aspects in the form of a nearly zero-energy building. Social concerns must not be neglected either.
