The European X-Ray Free-Electron Laser Facility GmbH builds the European X-ray laser XFEL on the premises (BG) Bahrenfeld, Osdorfer Born and Schenefeld. A visitor centre with conference rooms, exhibition rooms and school laboratories is to be built on the company premises in Schenefeld. The subject of this invitation to tender is the earthworks for the construction project.

The European X-Ray Free-Electron Laser Facility GmbH builds the European X-ray laser XFEL on the premises (BG) Bahrenfeld, Osdorfer Born and Schenefeld. A visitor centre with conference rooms, exhibition rooms and school laboratories is to be built on the company premises in Schenefeld.

The subject of this tender is the earthworks of the construction project, consisting of:

- Clearing of construction site, with demolition of existing surface fortifications (e.g. asphalt, pavement, etc.)

- Explosive ordnance investigation in a small sub-area

- Excavation pit excavation, approx. 2000 m³, excavation on the site and installation

- Laying of waste water pipes, PP pipelines

- Installation of a surface and ring drainage

- Installation of a surface filter under the base plate, approx. 600 m³

- Introduction of backfill material in the area of the work rooms (approx. 250 m³)
