Provision of building cleaning services at Wyre Forest School. There are 11 existing cleaning staff who under TUPE regulations are eligible to transfer to the new contract. The service includes: internal building cleaning including the provision of all associated materials, equipment and labour. To include in the fixed price all routine and non-routine cleaning. A daily janitorial service is required during normal school hours. All operatives working on this site will be subject to an enhanced disclosure baring service check (DBS) the costs associated with any checks will be borne by the contractor. Site visits are planned for the 25 March 2020 from 10 a.m. by appointment.
