The subject of the order are successive deliveries of zinc concentrate with the content of the main component Zn min. 60%, with an acceptable content:

• Pb – max. 10%,

• CD – max. 0,80%,

• Cl – max. 6%,

• With – max. 4%

• Humidity – max. 2%.

The supplied zinc concentrate must not contain impurities in the form of foreign materials.

parameters:

a) QUANTITY AND DELIVERY TIME: Anticipated maximum quantity of 300 tonnes (300,000 kg), approximately 24 tonnes in each of the twelve (12) orders during the contract term.

b) Due to the specificity of the Ordering Party's activities, the indicated quantities are estimates. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make the implementation of the subject of the contract dependent on the actual needs. The Ordering Party guarantees the use of at least 150 Mg during the term of the contract. The Contractor shall not have the right to pursue claims against the Ordering Party for the delivery in a quantity smaller than specified above.

c) ACCEPTABLE STATUS OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT: Acceptable status of the subject of the contract: waste, product.
