The subject of the Order is the construction and commissioning of the Ordering Party after obtaining the required permits by the Contractor, conducting tests, technological start-up and training of the Ordering Party's employees in accordance with the SWZ, the investment entitled "Construction of a geothermal heating plant building with heating technology, geothermal pumping station and geothermal connection along with land development (hereinafter referred to as the "Heating Plant") together with all works provided for in the Design Documentation (hereinafter referred to as "Heating Plant") together with all works provided for in the Design Documentation (hereinafter referred to as "Design Documentation").

1. 2. The subject of the Order includes the performance of all works and activities necessary for the proper implementation of this Order in the material and quantitative scope specified in the Project Documentation, including putting the Heating Plant into use to the Ordering Party after obtaining the occupancy permit and conducting technological start-up and training. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the Order in accordance with the Design Documentation, industry standards, principles of technical knowledge and construction art as well as generally applicable laws.
