Under the Army's Respect for Others (RfO) Diversity and Inclusion agenda there is a requirement for delivery of training to Officers and troops. This consists of drama based scenarios, facilitated discussions and bespoke middle and senior management training. The Authority may also have a requirement for the delivery of training related to alcohol abuse; work on which is ongoing, and may be explored further during the life of the contract.
