EVR – Energieverwertung Ruhleben – Lot 2 Process Engineering

Lot 2 Process Engineering (VT) includes the engineering, delivery, installation and commissioning of a steam turbine plant with all necessary ancillary equipment and ancillary systems as well as the integration of the steam turbine plant into the existing plant of the Ruhleben power plant.

The steam turbine plant with all the necessary ancillary equipment and ancillary systems consists of the following components:

- Turbosatz,

- air-cooled condenser (Luko),

- water-steam cycle,

- two-line circuit condensate cleaning system,

- Two-line VE system

The steam turbine plant with all the necessary ancillary equipment and ancillary systems consists of the following components:

- Turbo set to cover the company's own electrical needs with a maximum usable amount of high-pressure steam of approx. 43 Mg/h and a maximum generator clamping capacity of approx. 11 MWel including all ancillary equipment. In addition, the turbine for supplying the LP steam consumers of the CHP is to receive a controlled withdrawal and an unregulated tapping for the supply of the steam-gas preheaters (DaGaVO) in the DeNox plants,

- air-cooled condenser (Luko),

- Water-steam cycle including all necessary connections to the existing water-steam cycle of the CHP as well as to supply and disposal facilities available in the CHP,

- two-line circuit condensate cleaning system with a capacity of 2 x 20 m3/h,

- Two-line deionized plant for the production of desalinated water with a capacity of 2 x 10 m3/h including a 200 m3 storage tank.

The scope of services to be commissioned with the award of the contract also includes the delivery of a wear parts package for the entire scope of delivery Lot 2, which includes all wear parts that have to be replaced within a period of two years from acceptance due to scheduled wear and tear and which are necessary in particular to achieve the agreed availability.
