1.Supply, assembly, configuration and commissioning of the necessary IT infrastructure comprising the following:
a) server equipment,
(b) network equipment,
c) wifi network,
(d) the database system.
2. Delivery and implementation of e-services:
a) description and authorization of X-ray examination – teleradiology (integration of EDM with RIS/PACS),
b) distribution of medicines – order,
(c) identification of patients,
d) updating the worklist in e-registration (RSIM),
(e) the RREDM service (EDM Archive).
3. Designation of the subject of the contract according to the common CPV procurement dictionary: 48000000-8 Software packages and information systems, 32420000-3 Network devices, 32424000-1 Network infrastructure, 48820000-2 Servers, 72265000-0 Software configuration services, 72000000-5 IT services, 72212000-4 Application software programming services, 72211000-7 System and user software programming services.
4. Provision of warranty and service services for a period of min. 60 months according to Zał. No. 5 to SWZ.
