The services requested in the context of this award procedure are the implementation of the outdoor green maintenance, including the sweeping service on the WDR premises in Bocklemünd.

The procedure includes the maintenance of the outdoor facilities on the WDR premises

in Cologne-Bocklemünd as standard and on-demand services. The services include both the maintenance of the green areas (a total of approx. 50,000 m²) and the mechanical sweeping service (a total of approx. 44,000 m²) on the paved areas. The green maintenance work mainly refers to the following activities: mowing lawns and extensive lawns, maintenance of ground cover, woody and perennial areas, maintenance of gravel bed and gravel areas as well as (autumn) leaf removal on unpaved and paved areas.
