The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment for the Climate Laboratory in the L10 Thermometry Laboratory to the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures in Kielce. The subject of the contract includes: delivery and placement as well as commissioning and training of users.

The description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", is set out in Annex 5a to the SWZ – for part I of the Order, in Annex 5b to the SWZ – for part II of the Order, in Annex 5c to the SWZ – for part III of the Order, in Annex 5d to the SWZ – for Part IV of the Order and in Annex 5e to the SWZ – for Part V of the Order as well as in the Draft Agreement Provisions, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.

Part I - Supply of hygrometers. A detailed description and method of implementation is included in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 5a to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.

Part II - Supply of thermostats. A detailed description and method of implementation is included in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 5b to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.

Part III - Supply of resistance sensors with instrumentation. A detailed description and method of implementation is included in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 5c to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.

Part IV - Delivery of recorder + scanner + 10 sensors. A detailed description and method of implementation is included in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 5d to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.

Part V – Delivery of a set of 10 RH and T sensors + a set of thermohygrometers (transducers). A detailed description and method of implementation is included in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 5e to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
