The Educational-Psychological Service (EPS in English, but PPT in Norwegian) for High school in Vestfold and Telemark needs a new, modern, future orientated and easy to use new professional system for PPT for registrations, case management and the production of our work on an individual and system level.

A new professional system must work to support more efficient and appropriate handling of registration associated with student journals and more system-oriented work as well as good integration solutions to necessary systems. The new professional system must also be a tool for work with statistics and reports on work that has been done.

A new professional system must work to support more efficient and appropriate handling of registration associated with student journals and more system-oriented work as well as good integration solutions to necessary systems. The new professional system must also be a tool for work with statistics and reports on work that has been done.

The new professional system must have secure archiving and to comply with the documentation requirement, legislation, as well as meeting the need for a clear and comprehensive collection of information. The archiving should preferably be safeguarded through integration to the client's current archive system.

The new professional system for PPT must be implemented in each of the 2 counties.

The 2 counties will become one new large county in 2020, so that the 2 separate systems must be phased into one joint professional system for PPT. A professional system must support the various employees in the PP-service.

At the of purchase, you also want to have a supplier that provides support, maintenance and further development of the new system to meet PPT’s futures needs and requirements.

The Client intends to enter into a running agreement with a duration of 3 years with an option of 3 years, redeemed with 1 year at a time. The total duration of the agreement is 6 years.
