1. The object of the order is to perform repairs at the 4th level of maintenance of components and parts for the circulating reserve of electric locomotives EU/EP07, EP08 and EP09 series.
2. The item of the order is divided into 7 parts.
3. The procurement procedure is carried out in an unlimited tender procedure under the Law of 11 September 2019 — Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2019, item 2019 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the “Pzp Act” or “Pzp”.
4. This order is a sector order.
Repair at 4th maintenance level 8 EE541 c/g traction engines for EP08 series locomotives1. Repair at the 4th maintenance level of 8 EE541 c/g traction engines for EP08 series locomotives.
2. The Contracting Authority shall require repairs to one (1) component within a maximum of 20 working days from the start of repair.
3. The Contracting Authority shall require guarantees and warrants to repair each component for a period of at least 36 months from the date of receipt after repair, i.e. the date of signing by the Receiving Commissioner without reservation of the Receiving Protocol.
Repair at the 4th maintenance level of 40 MG91H, LKPm368 main inverters for EU/EP07 and EP08 series locomotives1. Repair at the 4th maintenance level of 40 MG91H, LKPm368 main inverters for EU/EP07 and EP08 series locomotives.
2. The Contracting Authority shall require repairs to one (1) component within a maximum of 20 working days from the start of repair.
3. The Contracting Authority shall require guarantees and warrants to repair each component for a period of at least 36 months from the date of receipt after repair, i.e. the date of signing by the Receiving Commissioner without reservation of the Receiving Protocol.
