ARS Île-de-France is looking for service providers to be supported in carrying out missions to support entities within it and developing the skills of agents and managers.

The incumbent will have to bring the methodology and the expertise, to the whole of the management team, necessary to the realization of the change management to succeed the approach of internal transformation of the agency.

Collective coaching, co-development workshops, or any other animation support, executives and managers of the agency, at any level (from the director to the coordinating manager), on issues that can be very varied.

Support the agency's general secretariat and the internal transformation team, in its reflection and in carrying out missions to significantly change organizations and trades.

Support the general management and the internal transformation team to prepare the seminars of the management collective: COMEX members, departmental delegates, members of the executive committees.
