The subject of the order is: “Receipt and development of municipal waste from real estate from Kurów Municipality in the year 2022", derived from inhabited and uninhabited properties where municipal waste is created, from 17 sołectw: Barłogi, Bronisławka, Brzozowa Galne, Buchałowice, Choszczów, Dęba, Klementowice, Kłoda, Kurów, Łąkoć, Marianka, Olesin, Płonki, Posiołek, Noise, Wólka Nowodworska, Pledge.
The scope of the service shall include, in particular:
(a) the collection and development of municipal waste from inhabited and non-inhabited properties on which municipal waste is created;
(b) equipping residents with bags for selective waste collection in the appropriate colour scheme;
(c) the preparation and delivery of schedules for the collection of municipal waste;
(d) the implementation of the reporting required on the basis of applicable law.

Waste management should be carried out in a manner that allows adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the Law of 13 September 1996 maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2021, item 888, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14 December 2016 on recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods of certain fractions of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 2167), and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on levels of limitation of mass storage of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412), as well as the Provincial Waste Management Plan and local law acts, including “Regulations of Procedure maintenance of purity and order in the territory of Kurów municipality”.
