1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in cubature facilities in the towns of Grudziądz, Gardeja, Grupa, Brodnica and Chełmno, Grubno, in accordance with the description, scope in frequencies and requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority, specified in Chapter 3 of the SWZ, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and Appendix No. 4, according to the tasks:

Task No. 1: cleaning service in cubature facilities in Grudziądz and Gardea,

Task No. 2: cleaning service in cubature objects in the Group,

Task No. 3: cleaning service in cubature facilities in Brodnica,

Task No. 4: cleaning service in cubature facilities in Chełmno, Grubno.

2. Description of the subject of the contract consisting of, m.in.

the detailed scope of the service and activities performed;

the subject of the service, deadlines and frequency of performing activities within the service;

description of objects / places with quantities;

minimum requirements of the Ordering Party relevant to the implementation of the service.

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in cubature facilities in the towns of Grudziądz, Gardeja in accordance with the description, scope in frequencies and requirements indicated by the Ordering Party, as set out in Chapter 3 of the SWZ, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and Appendix No. 4.

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or its subcontractor (if any) to employ/employ under a contract of employment, all persons directly performing cleaning services in the scope covering the said procedure during the contract performance period – the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, consolidated text). The Contractor or subcontractor is obliged to employ persons under an employment contract at least for the duration of the contract concluded between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority - Article 95 of the PPL.

The Ordering Party requires a deposit in the amount of: PLN 110,000.00

The Contracting Authority enables the Contractors to carry out a site inspection in the area of the subject

orders to prepare an offer.

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in cubature facilities in the town of Grupa in accordance with the description, scope in frequencies and requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority specified in Chapter 3 of the SWZ, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and Appendix No. 4.

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or its subcontractor (if any) to employ/employ under a contract of employment, all persons directly performing cleaning services in the scope covering the said procedure during the contract performance period – the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, consolidated text).
