The Bornsche Maten is a growing area and the number of children is growing harder than expected, as a result it is necessary to expand capacity for permanent educational housing on the Bornsche Maten by realising a school building on location De Horsten. Through this tender, the Client wants to contract one Contractor who is able to realize the new building on the basis of the Technical Design and Specifications.

The intended result is a successfully executed realization of the school building (within the frameworks of quality, time, money and safety) partly through a smooth and efficient construction process.

The new school building, consisting of two storeys, will mainly consist of:

• Group rooms education (18) and daycare (2)

• Education squares and associated pantries

• Playroom

• Kitchen staff area/lounge;

• Pantry's Day Care (KDV);

• Terrain design around the school and childcare (green, paved, unpaved, including fencing), for the time being exclusive parking;

• Mandatory option: multi-annual maintenance for five (5) years of work including installations on condition score 2 based on the NEN2767, condition measurement of the built environment;

For the time being, the total size of the work is approximately 2,850 m2 GVO new construction. In the future, two additional groups need to be realised on the roof terrace, the construction has been adapted to this. These two additional groups are currently not part of the primary realization assignment, but that can be supplemented later if there is reason to do so.
