The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of the service of access (Application) to databases containing data from the financial statements of entities conducting business activity.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of the service of access (Application) to databases containing data from the financial statements of entities conducting business activity.

2. As part of the service, the Contractor is obliged, in particular, to:

a) provide separate, simultaneous access to the Application for 10 named users using 10 computer workstations,

b) the provision of technical support services,

c) conducting instructions on the administration and operation of the Application for the indicated employees of the Ordering Party.

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Agreement along with the terms and conditions of the provision of service is set out in:

a) the draft provisions of the agreement (PPU), constituting Appendix I to the Terms of Reference,

b) description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constituting Appendix 1 to the PPU (separate file referred to in Appendix B to the Terms of Reference).
