Construction of a passive network infrastructure to develop households and commercial operations with FTTB / C.
The AG intends to build a passive network infrastructure in the district of Harburg to develop households and commercial operations with FTTB / C in the white spots. In addition, individual school locations are also connected. The commissioning takes place in accordance with the guidelines of the European Union for the application of the regulations on state aid in connection with the fast broadband expansion (2013 / C 25/01) and the framework regulation of the Federal Republic of Germany to support the development of a nationwide Next Generation Access (NGA) -Broadband coverage (NGA-RR). The order is subject to funding according to the above guidelines. The guidelines related to funding must be observed. The aim of the measure is to be able to provide the increased broadband requirement of at least 50 Mbit / s. The contract tendered with this lot comprises around 1,700 house connections in the following communities: Neu Wulmstorf, Appel, Drestedt, Halvesbostel, Hollenstedt, Regesbostel, Wenzendorf, Gödenstorf, Salzhausen and additional school locations.
