The subject of the contract is the design, manufacture, delivery, assembly and connection of laboratory furniture equipment. The order is carried out as part of the Project entitled Centre for the Development of New Pharmacotherapies of Central Nervous System Disorders CEPHARES co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under Measure 4.2 of the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020 on the basis of the concluded contract: POIR.04.02.00-00-D007/20-00.

1. The subject of the contract is the design, manufacture, delivery, assembly and connection of laboratory furniture equipment. The order is carried out as part of the Project entitled "Center for the development of new pharmacotherapy of disorders of the central nervous system CEPHARES" co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under Measure 4.2 of the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020 on the basis of the concluded contract: POIR.04.02.00-00-D007/20-00.

2. The scope of works covered by the subject of the contract and the requirements of the Ordering Party are indicated in detail in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1A-1D to the SWZ) and in the contract template (Annex 2 to the SWZ). The description of the subject of the contract and the contract template should be read together with any changes to the content of the specification made by the Contracting Authority during the procedure (e.g. as a result of answers to contractors' inquiries).

The subject of the contract consists of a basic order and an order covered by the option right.

3. The Contracting Authority shall point out that the selected Contractor will be obliged to have insurance during the contract performance period in accordance with the provisions contained in the contract template (Annex 2 to the SWZ).

4. The Contractor (in the price of the offer) shall provide the Contracting Authority with a written guarantee for the subject of the contract executed, i.e. in particular for the materials and equipment delivered and installed, for a minimum period of 24 months, counted from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the contract. The warranty period for the subject of the contract is a criterion for the evaluation of offers, offering a guarantee period of more than 24 months will be subject to scoring as part of the bid evaluation criterion.
