As part of the ANKA project, gkv informatik, as the (sole) client, is tendering the services related to the local network infrastructure (LAN + WLAN) for the following organizations:
- AOK Nordost (100 branches in Berlin, Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, approx. 4,925 employees)
- AOK NordWest (89 branches in Schleswig-Holstein and Westphalia-Lippe (NRW), approx. 7,550 employees)
- AOK Rheinland/Hamburg (86 branches in North Rhine-Westphalia and Hamburg, approx. 8,440 employees)
- gkv informatik (8 offices in Kiel, Neubrandenburg, Rostock, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Schwerin, Teltow, 2x Wuppertal, approx. 450 employees)
The entire active LAN/WLAN and NAC (Network Access Control) infrastructure of gkvi and the above-mentioned customers of gkvi at all locations is to be supplied, provided and operated by the Contractor in a managed service.
The term of the framework agreement is 60 months after the award. Optionally, the contract can be extended 2 times by 12 months each (to a maximum of 84 months in total) with a lead time of 12 months. This is followed by a migration period of a further 24 months for the migration to the client or a third party named by the client, e.g. the following service provider.
All services of the framework agreement are billed in a monthly flat-rate rental model for each LAN/WLAN component used.
The client for all services is gkvi, which in turn is entitled to pass on the commissioned services to its customers or to have them provided there directly by the contractor.
The contractor is responsible for the design, provision, operation (managed service) and maintenance for all LAN and WLAN environments (active components) at the locations of the client and its customers and for a NAC (Network Access Control) solution.
The passive network infrastructure is provided by the AG and is not the subject of the tender.
Only the components (switches, access points) and firmware versions approved and coordinated by the gkvi may be used.
Over the term of the contract, the same components will be used at all locations and new components can only be included in the service at end-of-life or end-of-service, unless otherwise ordered by the client.
The standards of the configuration of the LAN/WLAN components or the port configurations are coordinated with the gkvi.
As part of the negotiated procedure, the contracting authority may offer the bidders the opportunity to provide the existing NAC solution to the contracting authority. If the contractor accepts the opportunity to provide the solution, the obligation to provide a NAC solution for the term of the contract on which the solution is based shall lapse. There is no obligation for the contractor to accept a NAC solution that may be provided (optional provision).
