The subject of the contract is the construction and implementation of the SYSTEM to support the movement of Warsaw Public Transport, including solutions dedicated to people with special needs in accordance with the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility to people with special needs (Journal of Laws of 2019, items 1696 and 2473), mainly for people with visual disabilities.

The subject of the contract is the construction and implementation of a SYSTEM to support the movement of Warsaw Public Transport, including solutions dedicated to people with special needs in accordance with the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs (Journal of Laws of 2019, items 1696 and 2473), mainly for people with visual disabilities. The aim of the System is to support passengers in travelling by Warsaw Public Transport, in the form of positioning, directing and informing passengers, with particular emphasis on people with visual disabilities. Its implementation will be carried out by providing passengers with a Mobile Application that enables:

1. planning a journey, along with mobility support functions, by Warsaw Public Transport in the area covered by the Project;

2. directing the User to all bus and tram stops that are served by WTP vehicles, entrances to the metro station (access to the elevators and stairs to the subway station at street level - entry points at the street level will be determined during the works of Stage I), entrances to Passenger Stations (entry points at the street level will be determined during the works of Stage I), in the area covered by the Project;

3. providing contextual information, including the location and infrastructure of the WTP bus and tram stop, and presenting the departure time of buses and trams based on the Real Time or, in its absence, the scheduled timetable for a given stop;

4. providing contextual information about entrances to metro stations, entrances to Passenger Stations and presentation of planned metro timetables and actual departure times of SKM trains, and in the absence of such a possibility, about the planned departure time according to the carrier's timetable for a given Passenger Station (data source - SKM carrier data);

5. Providing information about the line number and the end stop of the vehicle.

The system is designed for the following groups of Users:

• passengers of Warsaw Public Transport,

•Residents

•Tourists

• persons with special needs in accordance with the Act, including in particular for persons with visual disabilities.
