The proposed Ongar to Barnhill Road is to be constructed south of Ongar and will provide improved access the the Barnhill LAP lands. The proposed road includes the construction of a new bridge over the Clonsilla-M3 Parkway rail spur. There is to be approx. 1km of dual carriageway road embankment of which only the southbound carriageway will be built out. There is to be a further approx. 0.9km of single carriageway road built out to completion, including 2no. signalised crossroads and 3no. roundabouts.
