Planning of outdoor facilities according to § 39 HOAI - Lph. 6 -9

In 2015, the city of Markkleeberg held a landscape-architectural-urban planning competition for the design of the "New Center". As a result, one 1st prize and three 3rd prizes were awarded. Based on the planning of the competition winner, the city council has decided on an urban development framework plan for the competition area.

After successful implementation of the 1st construction phase (planning + realization), the planning of the 2nd construction phase began in 2022.

This project is divided into three subsections (BA):

•BA 2a - Lumbschplatz

•BA 2b - Galerievorplatz

•BA 2c - Road

The subsections can be seen in the enclosed map.

For BA 2a - Lumbschplatz, only basic guidelines were developed as part of the design planning in preparation for an investor award.

For the sections BA 2b - gallery forecourt and BA 2c - road, the traffic facility planning (LP 1-9) and the open spaces (LP 1-5) have already been explored and awarded in separate VgV procedures.

With the VgV procedure envisaged here, the work phases (LP) 6 - 9 of the outdoor facility planning for sections BA 2b and 2c are to be awarded to a suitable planning office.

The cost calculation of the present LP 3 of the outdoor facilities for the construction project (BA 2b + 2c) is around 1,620,000.00 euros gross. The planning and implementation are carried out with urban development funds.
