1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment for the needs of the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź.

The technical parameters given in Annex ASP-08-KS to the SWZ are minimum requirements, which means that the Contractor may offer models that comply with the minimum requirements or models with more efficient processors (while maintaining technology), larger RAM, larger HDD, more I/O ports (of a given type), not shorter warranty, etc.

The Ordering Party requires the minimum warranty period to be 24 months.

The warranty period begins with the date of signing the receipt protocol of the order item.

In accordance with Article 83(1)(26a) of the Law on tax on goods and services, a tax rate of 0% must be applied to the supply of desktop computers and monitors required in the present proceedings. The confirmation of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage about the possibility of applying a 0% VAT rate will be forwarded to the Contractor whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous.

The customer requires that the minimum warranty period is 24 months for desktop computers and 36 months for monitors.

In these proceedings for Part 9, a security is required. The deposit is set at PLN 4,000.00. (four thousand zlotys). Details of the bid bond are described in SWZ.
