Description:
Supply of computer equipment for the needs of the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment for the needs of the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź.

2. The procedure is divided into 9 parts.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, technical parameters of the equipment, description of the requirements of the ordering party in the scope of implementation and acceptance are specified in Annexes ASP-01-T for part 1, ASP-02-T for part 2, ASP-03-KP for part 3, ASP-04-KP for part 4, ASP-05-KP for part 5, ASP-06-KP for part 6, ASP-07-KP for part 7, ASP-08-KS for part 8, ASP-09-KS for part 9 and the draft provisions of the contract – Annex 6 to the SWZ.

4. The technical parameters given in the annexes ASP-01-T, ASP-02-T, ASP-03-KP, ASP-04-KP, ASP-05-KP, ASP-06-KP, ASP-07-KP, ASP-08-KS, ASP-09-KS to the SWZ to the SWZ are the minimum requirements, i.e. the Contractor may offer models that comply with the requirements of min. or models with more powerful processors (while maintaining technology), more RAM, a larger HDD, etc.

Tablet delivery

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a tablet 2. A detailed description of the order, technical parameters of computer equipment can be found in Annex ASP-01-T to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract. 3. The technical parameters given in Annex ASP-01-T to the SWZ are minimum requirements, which means that the Contractor may offer models that comply with the minimum requirements or models with more efficient processors (while maintaining technology), larger RAM, larger HDD, more I/O ports (of a given type), not shorter warranty, etc.

The Ordering Party requires the minimum warranty period to be 12 months.

The warranty period begins with the date of signing the receipt protocol of the order item.

The offered item of the order will be complete and ready for use when installed without any additional purchases or investments on the ordering side.

The Contractor declares that the delivered item of the order will be factory new, unreconditioned and free from factory and legal defects and that he has all the required certificates and certificates.

Delivery of the order item will take place at the cost and risk of the contractor.

The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the contract meets the requirements set out in the applicable Polish law as well as the law of the European Union, has been admitted to trading and has valid documents required by law, confirming admission to use in the EU, as well as meet other requirements (standards, parameters) specified by the Contracting Authority in SWZ.

The Ordering Party requires the minimum warranty period to be 12 months.

The offered item of the order will be complete and ready for use when installed without any additional purchases or investments on the ordering side.

The Contractor declares that the delivered item of the order will be factory new, unreconditioned and free from factory and legal defects and that he has all the required certificates and certificates.

The Ordering Party requires the minimum warranty period to be 36 months.

The warranty period begins with the date of signing the receipt protocol of the order item.

The offered item of the order will be complete and ready for use when installed without any additional purchases or investments on the ordering side.

The Contractor declares that the delivered item of the order will be factory new, unreconditioned and free from factory and legal defects and that he has all the required certificates and certificates.

Delivery of the order item will take place at the cost and risk of the contractor.

The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the contract meets the requirements set out in the applicable Polish law as well as the law of the European Union, has been admitted to trading and has valid documents required by law, confirming admission to use in the EU, as well as meet other requirements (standards, parameters) specified by the Contracting Authority in SWZ.

Desktop Delivery

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of desktop computers 2. A detailed description of the order, technical parameters of computer equipment can be found in Annex ASP-08-KS to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract. 3. The technical parameters given in Annex ASP-08-KS to the SWZ are minimum requirements, which means that the Contractor may offer models that comply with the minimum requirements or models with more efficient processors (while maintaining technology), larger RAM, larger HDD, more I/O ports (of a given type), not shorter warranty, etc.

The Ordering Party requires the minimum warranty period to be 24 months.

The warranty period begins with the date of signing the receipt protocol of the order item.

In accordance with Article 83(1)(26a) of the Law on tax on goods and services, a tax rate of 0% must be applied to the supply of desktop computers and monitors required in the present proceedings. The confirmation of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage about the possibility of applying a 0% VAT rate will be forwarded to the Contractor whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous.

The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the contract meets the requirements set out in the applicable Polish law as well as the law of the European Union, has been admitted to trading and has valid documents required by law, confirming admission to use in the EU, as well as meet other requirements (standards, parameters) specified by the Contracting Authority in SWZ.

The technical parameters given in Annex ASP-09-KS to the SWZ are minimum requirements, which means that the Contractor may offer models that comply with the minimum requirements or models with more efficient processors (while maintaining technology), larger RAM, larger HDD, more I/O ports (of a given type), not a shorter warranty, etc.

The customer requires that the minimum warranty period is 24 months for desktop computers and 36 months for monitors.

In these proceedings for Part 9, a security is required. The deposit is set at PLN 4,000.00. (four thousand zlotys). Details of the bid bond are described in SWZ.
