General planning services with the following service profiles according to HOAI, gradual commissioning:
- Object planning according to HOAI Part 3, Section 1, § 34 Buildings and Interiors, LPH 1-9,
- Specialist planning according to HOAI Part 4, Section 1, Section 51 Structural Planning, LPH 1-6,
- Planning according to HOAI part 4, section 2, § 55 of the technical equipment for the Anl.Gr. 1 to 8, LPH 1-9.
As the provider of services of general interest, the Dithmarschen district is responsible, among other things, for ensuring that buildings or facilities can be reached quickly in the event of a fire or disaster. In terms of safety, the Dithmarschen district intends to combine a fire brigade and disaster control center (ZFK) in a new building in the municipality of Hemmingstedt.
In the new building of the ZFK, the following facilities, equipment and possible uses are to be provided:
District fire brigade control center with situation center for disaster control, test hall, hose washing system, respiratory protection test center, breathing protection training course, radio service point, training rooms and administration wing New construction of two underground halls for disaster control, water rescue, fire fighting train for dangerous goods, technical operations management as well as the construction of a new fire house and an equipment house.
According to current planning considerations, the new building has a space requirement of approx. 10,700 sqm GFA. An initial rough cost estimate assumes total investments of approx. 37 million EUR / gross, of which approx. 28 million EUR / gross construction costs (KG 300/400/700). For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which the performance profile

Cover and have implemented similar measures in the past. The aforementioned service phases are to be processed. The assignment will take place in stages. The client reserves the right to assign only part of the basic services from the aforementioned service profiles.
The following procedure is carried out:
In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.
In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.
Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
The award of the planning services according to HOAI and consulting services are carried out in stages.
