1. The subject of the contract is the supply of radiotelephones and batteries for radiotelephones, i.e.: 1) package no. 1 - DMR base radio - 9 pieces - in accordance with Annex 1.1 to the SWZ, 2) package no. 2 - DMR wearable radio - 220 pieces - in accordance with Annex 1.2 to the SWZ, 3) package no. 3 - TETRA base radio - 3 pieces - in accordance with Annex 1.3 to the SWZ, 4) package no. 4 - TETRA wearable radio - 12 pieces - in accordance with Annex 1.4 to the SWZ, 5) package no. 5 - Batteries for radiotelephones - 400 pieces ("basic order") and 200 pieces ("optional order") - in accordance with Annex 1.5 to the SWZ, 2. The Ordering Party reserves that the part of the contract referred to as an "optional order" is an entitlement, not an obligation of the Ordering Party. The contracting authority may not exercise the right of option, in particular if it does not obtain funds for this purpose. The provisions concerning the "right of option" are contained in § 1 of the model contract (Annex 5A). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the procurement documents, in particular in Annexes No. 1.1 to No. 1.5 to the SWZ and in the model contracts – Annexes No. 5A (for package No. 5) and No. 5B (for package No. 1 to No. 4) to the SWZ. 4. The assortment purchased under the optional order will be the same as the one purchased under the basic order, and the gross unit price will be 1 pc. The device purchased under the basic order and the optional order will be identical.
