Catering, kitchen management by a chef-manager and the supply of food and non-food items for the needs of Home Guérin

Purpose of the contract: this contract is a service contract which has as its object the various services relating to the supply of food and beverages, or non-food products related to meals, to the production of meals for residents, family members of residents, visitors and staff of the CPAS of Boussu and the like.

This market covers:

- the supply for all days of the year, including holidays, of food, drinks, all food products and equipment necessary for the proper performance of this contract, and meeting the requirements set out in this book charges;

- the establishment of a qualified and experienced kitchen manager responsible for the management and operation of the kitchen. The chef-manager will be responsible for producing the meals, organizing the team's work, supervising and training the kitchen staff.

Only the chief manager is put in place within the framework of this contract, the rest of the staff being the own staff of the CPAS attached to the kitchen.

The kitchen is currently preparing meals for the 67 residents of Home Guérin, as well as for family members of residents, visitors, staff or interns who request them.

The annual estimate of the quantities is as follows:

- production of 365 food days for the 67 residents (i.e. 24,455 food days per year);

- production of 450 meals per year for staff members, visitors and the like;

- production of 150 festive meals per year for family members of residents.

The quantities estimated in these special specifications are deemed to be presumed, they are not contractual and do not bind the CPAS. The chosen service provider cannot claim any compensation in the event that the estimates are different from reality.

This market is situated in a perspective of sustainable food, namely a healthy and balanced diet, whose impacts on the environment are reduced and whose production and marketing are done in compliance with social and ethical rules.

Duration of the contract: the contract is concluded for a period of one year, renewable three times by tacit agreement, ie a maximum duration of four years.

The market will start on 1.1.2021.

Place of delivery: MR-MRS Home Guérin, 2 rue François Dorzée, 7300 Boussu.
