Task No. 1 entitled: "Delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations in the city of Wągrowiec"

Task No. 2 entitled: "Delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations in the Wągrowiec Commune"

Part II entitled: "Delivery and installation of solar collectors in the Wągrowiec Commune"

Part III entitled: "Delivery and assembly of pellet stoves in the Wągrowiec Commune".

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic microinstallations operating in network mode (on-grid).

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of solar collectors on private properties belonging to the residents of the Wągrowiec Commune.

The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of pellet stoves in private properties belonging to the residents of the Wągrowiec Commune

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic microinstallations operating in network mode (on-grid). The installations will be installed on private properties belonging to the residents of the city of Wągrowiec and the Wągrowiec commune. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract brand new (applies to all devices and materials), unused, technically efficient, without physical and legal defects. All devices being the subject of the contract should be ready for operation, come from current production, from a legal source of distribution and have a manufacturer's guarantee enabling the exercise of warranty rights in the territory of Polish.

The contractor is obliged to prepare the necessary as-built documentation for each delivered and installed photovoltaic installation together with a complete application/notification in order to connect to the power grid.

As part of Part I, the Contractor is obliged to perform two Tasks:

Task No. 1 entitled: "Delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations in the city of Wągrowiec", under which 76 photovoltaic installations will be delivered and installed.

Task No. 2 entitled: "Delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations in the Wągrowiec Commune", under which 122 photovoltaic installations will be delivered and installed.

to the inhabitants of the Wągrowiec Commune". The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract

brand new (applies to all devices and materials), unused, technically efficient, without defects

come from current production, from a legal source of distribution and have a manufacturer's warranty

enabling the exercise of guarantee rights in the territory of Polish. As part of the contract
