The procedure is conducted to conclude a framework agreement, specifying the conditions for public procurement that may be awarded during the duration of the framework agreement, the subject of which is the sale of energy for 2020 to the Warsaw Purchasing Group, consisting of organizational units of the capital city of Warsaw and other related entities with the city and purchase of electricity generated at the Employer's power plant and introduced into the DSO's power network under a framework agreement and executive agreements, signed by each unit listed in Annex 1 to the Model Framework Agreement separately.
The awarding entities will award the contractor executive orders for the Agreement pursuant to art. 101a paragraph 1 item 1) of the Public Procurement Law.
The estimated amount of energy supplied during the delivery period is 318 542.40 MWh, (+/- 10%).
1. The proceedings are conducted to conclude a framework agreement, specifying the conditions regarding public procurement that may be awarded during the duration of the framework agreement, the subject of which is the sale of energy for 2020 to the Warsaw Purchasing Group, consisting of organizational units of the capital city of Warsaw and other entities associated with the city and the purchase of electricity generated at the Employer's power plant and introduced into the DSO's power network under a framework agreement and executive agreements, signed by each unit listed in Annex 1 to the Model Framework Agreement separately.
2. The awarding entities shall award the contractor executive orders for the Agreement pursuant to art. 101a paragraph 1 item 1) of the Public Procurement Law.
3. The Employer authorized to conclude a framework agreement (the contract template is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR) on behalf of and for the Employers is the Capital City of Warsaw Plac Bankowy 3/5, 00-950 Warsaw, represented by the Director of the Administrative Bureau.
4. The estimated amount of energy supplied during the delivery period is 318 542.40 MWh, (+/- 10%).
