1) The subject of the order is:
a) collection of municipal waste, shown in Table 1 of the OPZ, generated and collected on inhabited and uninhabited properties specified in Appendices No. 1, 2 and 3 to the Terms of Reference, located within the administrative borders of the City of Sokołów Podlaski and its transport to the Waste Disposal Plant in Wola Suchożebrska.
b) establishment and operation, for the term of the agreement, of one Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, in accordance with applicable law, in the city of Sokołów Podlaski to the north-east of the following streets: Lipowa, Długa, Repkowska and transport of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point operated by the City of Sokołów Podlaski at Fabryczna Street and the established point to the Waste Disposal Plant in Wola Suchożebrska and to other installations indicated in by the Contracting Authority.
2) The area of the city of Sokołów Podlaski is 17.5 sq. km. The number of registered residents of the city is 18,556 (in
