The existing workshop building HTI and RBI, assembled with house 24, will be demolished.

The new, 3-storey building with technical centre will be built into the resulting gap between the technical service building and the central heating system as well as on the existing 3rd basement floor.

During the construction phases, ongoing operation on the site must always be guaranteed.
