1. The subject of the order is the delivery of subscriptions and licenses for the Gdańsk University of Technology.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR, the number of software is contained in Annex 3 to the ToR.

3. Designation of the subject of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary:

48000000-8 (software packages and systems),

48460000-0 (analytical, scientific, mathematical or forecasting software packages).

4. The Awarding Entity allows partial bids. The subject of the order was divided into 3 lots. The contractor may submit one offer for any number of parts. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for all lots is contained in Annex 4 to the ToR.

Software 1: Integrated environment and high level language for numerical calculations, visualization and application development.

Software 2: A universal software package (ecosystem) that allows multiple educational users to work simultaneously to solve technical problems related to the teaching process.

Software 3: Software package to support the automation and integration of multi-criteria optimization processes and the exploration of solution spaces.

Floating license, number of licenses: unlimited.

Software 4: software license for professional design of photovoltaic power systems of various powers and types.
