The subject of the contract is the supply in the form of an operating lease of 2 pcs. brand new waste disposal vehicles:

a) Vehicle 1 – two-chamber, with rear loading of waste independent for both chambers on a three-axle chassis;

(b) Vehicle 2 – single-chamber, with rear loading of waste on a three-axle chassis;

equipped with a 360o system.

Financial conditions:

(1) operating leases

2) contract currency: PLN

3) lease term: 60 months

4) installments: 59 leasing installments

5) initial fee - 20% of the net value of the subject of the order + VAT, payable at the time of picking up the car

6) purchase option – 5% of the net value of the subject of the order + VAT

7) variable interest rate, Wibor 1M from the date of publication of the announcement should be used to prepare the offer

8) after the end of the leasing agreement at the moment of payment of the last leasing installment, provided that all receivables are repaid, the Ordering Party will have the right to purchase the leased object for a price equal to its final value, not higher than 5% of the net price of the subject of the contract on the date of conclusion of the contract,

9) it is not allowed to establish security for a leasing agreement (e.g. a promissory note),

10) the leasing installment should include all costs related to the implementation of the leasing agreement, all accompanying costs necessary to be incurred by the Contractor for the performance of the contract, transport costs to the destination, employee training, etc.,
