The subject of the contract is: The performance of the responsibilities of the inspector of investor supervision for the task: Anti-version construction of zipping routes in Łopień, Ostra and Gorc forestry.
The scope of the Investor Supervision Inspector is defined by Chapter 3 of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (t. one: Journal of Laws 2020 item 1333 as amended).
The subject of the contract is: The performance of the responsibilities of the inspector of investor supervision for the task: Anti-version construction of zipping routes in Łopień, Ostra and Gorc forestry.
The scope of the Investor Supervision Inspector is defined by Chapter 3 of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (t. one: Journal of Laws 2020 item 1333 as amended).
The main responsibilities of the Contractor — the inspector of investor supervision in the framework of the services covered by the contract shall be:
1 to represent the Contracting Authority, as an investor, on the construction site by checking compliance with its implementation with the project and construction permit, regulations and technical knowledge rules;
2 verifying the quality of works and built-in construction products and, in particular, preventing the use of construction products defective and not authorised for use in construction;
3 checking and receiving construction works undergoing cover or disappearing, participating in partial receipts, and preparing and participating in the activities of receiving and transferring finished construction facilities for use;
4 confirming the works actually performed and the removal of defects, as well as controlling construction settlements.
The Contractor-Inspector of Investor Supervision shall be entitled to:
1. issue instructions to the construction manager or the works manager, confirmed by an entry in the construction log, concerning: the removal of irregularities or hazards, the execution of tests or tests, also requiring the discovery of works or covered elements, and the presentation of expert opinions on carried out construction works and evidence of acceptance for use in construction of construction products and technical equipment;
2. require the construction manager or works manager to make amendments or re-perform faulty works, as well as halt further construction works in case their continuation may cause a threat or cause unacceptable incompatibility with the design or permit for construction.
