Procurement of x-ray equipment and metal detection for the Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service's prisons.

The purpose of the procurement is the need to inspect packages, baggage, goods deliveries and persons.

There are two main types of x-ray machines that shall be included in the tender.

X-ray machines for small dispatches (post/packages) as well as x-ray machines for large dispatches/goods deliveries.

In addition the contract shall include walk-through gates for detecting metal on persons, as well as hand held metal detectors for searches on persons.
