The subject of this procedure is the operation of the Bavarian Family Pact Service Centre for the period 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2028.
The Bavarian Family Pact stands for a joint approach by the Bavarian state government and the Bavarian economy (Bavarian Business Association (vbw), Bavarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BIHK) and Bavarian Crafts Association (BHT)) to position the future topic of reconciling family and career with Bavarian employers and to support them in making their businesses more family-friendly.
On 25 April 2023, the Pact partners concluded a cooperation agreement within the framework of the Bavarian Family Pact to continue the operation of the joint service centre until the end of the 19th legislative period. The service centre then takes over the initial consultation, is the contact person and pilot for the companies. It manages the public relations channels of the Family Pact, acquires and networks members and organises events.
