The subject of the contract is a service consisting in collecting municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate located in the municipality of Gródek nad Dunajcem as well as their transport and development. As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to provide accompanying services such as: 1. tidying up the area at the waste collection site, 2. purchase, proper marking and distribution (transfer) of bags for individual waste to property owners, 3. detours along public roads 4. equipping part of the property with containers, The detailed scope of the contract and other requirements for the service are specified in the SWZ together with attachments. The estimated amount of waste to be collected and managed is: 1750.1 Mg

1. The scope of the contract includes: 1.1. collection of municipal waste from residential real estate (single-family, homestead and multi-family buildings), uninhabited real estate (workplaces, commercial outlets, service points, schools, institutions and other entities), as well as from public roads (provincial road, district and municipal roads), internal roads, squares and other facilities listed in the detailed description of the subject of the contract in the following fractions and quantities: 1.1.1. Mixed (unsorted) municipal waste in the amount of approximately 1038 Mg 1.1.2. Selectively collected the following types of waste – 450.0 Mg: a. Paper and cardboard waste, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste in the amount of about 20 Mg, b. Metal waste including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste in an amount of approximately 240 Mg, c. Glass packaging in the amount of 180 Mg, d. Biodegradable waste with particular emphasis on bio-waste - bio-waste generated in the building in an amount of about 1 Mg, e. Green biowaste in the amount of about 9 Mg, 1.1.3. Wastes not listed above – 262,1 Mg: a. Construction and demolition waste in the amount of about 10 Mg, b. Worn tires – in an amount of about 40 Mg, c. Waste electrical and electronic equipment in the amount of about 10 Mg, d. Hazardous waste generated in households (i.e. chemicals, waste batteries and accumulators, and others) in the amount of 0.1 Mg, e. bulky waste in the amount of about 200 Mg, f. municipal waste not listed in other subgroups (ash) in the amount of about 2 Mg, 1.2. Management of collected municipal waste in the manner described in SWZ, 1.3. Accompanying services such as: purchase, marking and distribution of waste bags, equipping part of the property with containers, road detours, organizing the collection of bulky waste and electronic waste and other services described in detail in the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the indicated quantities of individual types of waste are estimated quantities, calculated for the entire duration of the contract and are used only to calculate the price of the offer, compare offers and select the best offer. 3. Waste will be collected: 3.1. from owners of permanently inhabited real estate and owners of summer cottages or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes used only for part of the year (in the amount of about 1350.1 Mg), 3.2. from owners of uninhabited real estate, such as business activity, offices, health centers, hotels (in the amount of about 300 Mg), 3.3. collection, export, utilization and management of municipal waste from designated areas for public use (provincial road 975, district roads and municipal road "Centrum" in the direction of "Arka" (in the amount of approx. 100 Mg). 4. All types of waste must be collected separately so as not to mix the different fractions of waste. 5. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in the following annexes to the SWZ: 5.1.
